Governance & Policy
Our CSR initiatives are guided by a structured policy aligned with Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
A dedicated CSR Committee oversees planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Every year, at least 2% of the average net profits from the preceding three years is invested in CSR activities.
Projects are implemented directly by IPISPL or through trusted registered NGOs and organisations with proven track records.
